GOP State Representative Taylor Yarkosky, who has donated thousands of dollars to Barack Hussein Obama, now wants to lead Lake County Republicans as their Chairman.
We have a few questions to ask.
By Jacob Engels
In the Era of Trump, allegiance to the MAGA mantra is paramount. Not because President Trump is the leader of the GOP, or the next President of the United States, but by the sheer fact that the American people and especially Floridians gave him the mandate.
All too often we have seen local and statewide Republican organizations be consumed by the anti-Trump forces. They deny our right to investigate elections, hold bad actors accountable, and secure our God given rights and freedoms.
Yet, even after Trump’s landslide victory, a contingent of Florida Republicans in Lake County are fomenting a campaign against former State Senator and Property Appraiser Carey Baker, a First Sergeant in the United States Army and the first state or federal elected official to hold elected office while serving during Operation Enduring Freedom.
Baker, who grew up in Lake County and worked at his family’s gun shop, one of the oldest in the United States, has always been regarded as a true America First and 2nd Amendment icon.
After serving his country, his state, and his county as Property Appraiser, Baker wants to lead the GOP.
Make no mistake, this isn’t the “I’ll run for another office political hack”, Baker has lost more serving in elected office than he has gained.
He’s been attacked by the media. Savaged by left wing groups nationwide, and degraded by those who want to see America turn into a satellite state of Communist China.
Certain forces, the same cabal who sidewinded Baker with a phony candidate on the day of filing in the 2024 elections, have found their new candidate in State Representative Taylor Yarkosky, who holds the seat Anthony Sabatini once held.
Our readers understand that Sabatini was a bulldog against government bullcrap and unafraid to stand for President Trump. Hell, he even filed legislation to name a highway after Trump, not to mention his attention to election integrity as the current Chairman of the Lake County GOP.
Lord knows, I was not always the biggest Sabatini fan. Sometimes the loudest voice in the room isn’t always right.
But, sometimes you need someone who isn’t afraid of the repercussions to speak the truth.
Sound like anyone?
Well, Anthony Sabatini has endorsed fellow armed services member Carey Baker (remember him?) to be the next Chairman of the Lake County GOP, and in doing so called out the man who succeeded him in the Florida Legislature, Taylor Yarkosky, for his Obama-ridden past.
Worst over, Sabatini points to his allegiance to the effort to steal Baker’s post as Property Appraiser from him, in a scheme that rivals Shakespearean tales.
Just read the Facebook post.

For all those listening, Yarkosky is in fact a serial liar. A man who is being sued by his business associates, faces allegations of threatening his ex-wife into accepting a hush money payment, and a self admitted serial alcoholic.
So one has to ask if you are a Republican who supports Trump in Lake County, do you stand with the “I’m with Trump or the GOP crowd when it gets met elected or money crowd”, or do you stand with a tried and true veteran like Carey Baker who literally has the founding principles running through his veins?
As someone who has made mistakes in the past and will make them in the future, I can’t say I’d ever donate the maximum allowable contribution to Barack Obama and then dare try to become the head of the GOP.
