House District 28 candidate David Smith is expecting 100+ people to show up to his fellowship and friendship event Thursday night, and is encouraging even more people to show up.
Smith tells the Central Florida Post that this is not a fundraiser or campaign event, but more so of a thank you for his friends who encouraged him to take a shot at public office.
“It’s great to see so many friends and supporters tonight. I told everyone to leave their checkbooks at home and just come and have a good time. This party is so I can say thank you to the people that helped my campaign get off to such a strong start. I’m blessed to have so many great friends.”
LA Key, a longtime friend of David Smith and resident of Seminole County told us he would make a great public servant.
“As we look forward to a better and brighter Seminole County, it’s time for everyone who does not know David to take a look at Colonel Dave Smith. He is truly an officer and a gentleman.”
To RSVP to Smith’s fellowship and friendship event, text or call 407-542-4361. Florida casual attire is recommended.
