The popular District 3 Commissioner will officially launch his Mayoral campaign Tuesday night on Lake Eola.

Pete Clarke, the current commissioner for District 3, announced his official bid for the position of mayor of Orange County early last week. Clarke, never missing a beat, has already scheduled and arranged his campaign kick-off set for this Tuesday, October 24th at 5:30 P.M.
The campaign kick-off will be held at the south-western most corner of Lake Eola, near the corner of Rosalind Street and Central Blvd. Joseph Haynes Davis, a long time friend, successful radio personality and Central Florida lawyer, will be hosting the event.
The mayoral election is a special time and, in my opinion, far more civil than presidential elections – no parties, all local. It’s a time for communities to focus the issues that matter most to their collective surroundings.
