Southeast Volusia Republican Club and their President Maryann Pistilli are hosting Trumpfest in New Smyrna Beach on October 20th, 2017 at 6:30 PM, which is this coming Friday.

The event will take place at the Historical Womens Club on 403 Magnolia Street, New Smyrna Beach Florida.

General admission is only $20.00 at the door, beverages and h’orderves will be served. The event will feature Roger Stone, who will have his latest book autographed and available at the event. The Spokesman of Citizens For Trump, Colonel Mike McCalister (retired).

Chris Cox, a prominent Bikers for Trump leader will also speak. The bikers are a force to be reckoned with, from all across the country, from all different groups, and they often assist in protecting rally-goers.

This will be a night to remember, and at such a good price, who can say no? Volusia County Republicans, are on the march for President Trump, and Volusia County is one of the most active counties in conservative politics in our state. These speakers will be interesting to hear from, and they all bring something different to the conversation.

Colonel McCalister has had a long-distinguished career, he is a veteran, he was a candidate for U.S. Senate, and served as Deputy Chief of Training and Doctrine at United States Special Operations Command. Colonel McCalister has also taught MBA courses in Strategic Thinking and Operations Management at Nova Southeastern University.

Colonel McCalister said that this event is about the process to Make America Great Again, and to ensure that President Trump’s nominees are confirmed by the Senate. Colonel McCalister said that what they are doing (in Washington D.C.) is basically making it impossible for President Trump to do his job.

It is well-known that Democrats obstructed Trump’s nominees, down to the appointment of under-secretaries. The Senate confirmed Trump’s cabinet at a rate proportionate to President Washington’s. This is inexcusable. Many ambassadors have not yet been confirmed, yet liberal Democrats continue to slow down confirmations and Trump’s agenda.

With the work they have to do, it is incredibly frustrating for the president to be unable to do what the people elected him to do, which is Make America Great Again! Colonel McCalister also stated that Congress must focus on legislation in regards to tax reform and health care.

As the Senate continues to fail to repeal and replace Obamacare, the president is left with no choice but to sign an executive order on health care, which he has already done. Hopefully, they can get tax reform to the finish line. The people who elected the president, want and need a tax cut!

Colonel McCalister stressed the importance of national security, and the threat of nuclear proliferation regarding the rogue regimes of Iran and North Korea. President Trump recently gave a stellar address to the nation on the question of the Iran Deal, he threw it to Congress which has sixty days or so to reach a decision.

Congress basically has three options: slap sanctions back on if the Iranian regime continues its provocative actions, make amendments to the deal (which Iran will NOT fall in-line with), or Congress can do nothing. If Congress does nothing after those sixty days, President Trump said the deal will be terminated.

Given the Congress’ record, approval rating, and as President Trump put it: “their forgotten pledges” to the people, I think we all know which route Congress will take. If Congress had the option to do nothing on every single issue, they would take it.

When asked about Senator Marco Rubio’s “free speech bill” (which was an anti-free speech bill), Colonel McCalister made his point very clear: “free speech should allow us to voice our concerns about our families, our country’s security, and our American way of life.”

Roger Stone, who has been in politics going all the way back to President Nixon, appeared last week at a free speech event hosted by this publication that included Milo Yiannopoulos and Elaine Lancaster.

He was a political adviser to President Reagan, and played a critical role in electing President Donald J. Trump last November. He is the Editor-in-Chief and operator of Stone Cold Truth, and Stone Zone. Recently, he testified on Capitol Hill, to the House Intelligence Committee, chaired by liberal California Democrat, Adam Schiff.

It’s obvious: the Democrats are castigating citizens for their political views, and their roles in electing President Donald Trump. Liberal leftists are using political correctness as a weapon to silence people who speak the truth. Their fake news story of “Russian Collusion” is a very bad excuse, for a very bad loss. Schiff, along with Representative Swalwell are some of the most voracious propagators of the fake news Russia story.

Roger Stone has said before: “If it’s Schiff, flush it!”

Crooked Hillary exploited the Mandalay Bay massacre for her own political goals, and continues to bash President Trump and his administration. The left must have not gotten the memo, it’s been almost one full year since President Trump won on November 8th, and their attitude is to obstruct anything, and everything. Their party is unified.

The Republican Party has the major advantage in fundraising, we have more than tripled the Democrats’ numbers when it comes to raising coin at the RNC. However, the civil war within our party continues, Senators like ‘Liddle’ Bob Corker from Tennessee say one thing in public, and another in private.

Doesn’t this sound familiar?

Roger Stone will have his book The Making of the President 2016 – How Donald Trump Orchestrated a Revolution available for attendees.

This should be a fun time! Attendees are encouraged to RSVP quickly via email here: mariannamachacek@yahoo.com

Come out for this fun, and special evening event in New Smyrna Beach!
