Immediately after Roger Stone and Congressman Matt Gaetz give the keynote speeches at a cannabis physicians conference, the duo will appear at a fundraiser for Gaetz’s congressional campaign.

Dr. Jason Pirozzolo, founder of the American Medical Marijuana Physicians Association, invited both Stone and Gaetz to attend the groups annual three day conference.

Pirozzolo is a prominent and vocal leader in the Florida medical community, and an ace fundraiser for the candidates he backs.

“Congressman Gaetz has been a staunch supporter of patients rights and has spent the last few years essentially trying to legislate an answer to the question, Does medical marijuana work? His efforts are leading to improved access to marijuana research while single handedly revolutionizing the industry by helping to provide a regulatory framework that will ultimately help both patients and physicians safely and effectively explore these alternative treatment options.”

Stone echoed Pirozzolo’s sentiment, in typical Roger Stone fashion.

“Congressman Gaetz is one of the few in Congress who understands that former FBI head James Comey must be charged with obstruction in the Hillary e-mail cover up. Better yet, he is the leading GOP voice on drug law reform and sensible marijuana policy.”

Seminole County Tax Collector Joel Greenberg plans on attending and also praised Gaetz.

“Few people of our generation have demonstrated the ability of combining talent and ambition to serve the public like Matt Gaetz has done.”
