Tavistock Development Company announced two new tenants in Lake Nona Friday, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Nurse on Call.
According to a release from Tavistock’s Director of Communications Jessi Blakley, Nurse on Call will occupy a two-story office space that will total almost 12,000sf and be located in the Town Center area in the heart of Medical City. Nurse on Call will be joining other established tenants that include Regus, Nemours, and Tavistock Development.
Nurse on Call is an industry leader for home healthcare services, and is Medicare certified.
Located near the new Nurse on Call office will be a new Tropical Smoothie Cafe, which is located in Vickrey Place and will occupy a 1,431sf space. Situated just off Narcoossee, they will be located near Starbucks, Hand & Stone, and nearby Valencia College.
