The company, which launched in 2013, has grown by almost 300-percent in the past year. Dan Brenner has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and John Starr has been named Vice President of Finance and Operations. “I started InstaNatural two years ago, and up until last year I was the only employee,” said AJ Patel, founder and Chairman of InstaNatural.

“As the business has continued to evolve and expand along with our customer base, it only felt right to bring in more support to take InstaNatural to the next level. Dan has the vision and background to take us there, and I’m thrilled to have him as our new CEO.”

Prior to joining InstaNatural as its CEO, Brenner was a partner at SPRIM, a global consulting firm which specializes in human health and personal care verticals.

At SPRIM, Dan led client engagements focusing on business strategy, new product development, and marketing to target consumers and health care professionals. The University of Central Florida College of Business graduate has worked closely with Research & Development and Marketing leadership at top consumer product companies.

“AJ has built an amazing company which values creating highly effective products and the customer above all else,” said Dan Brenner, newly appointed CEO of InstaNatural. “I’m excited to work with him on writing the next successful chapter for InstaNatural, and now that we have John joining us, we’ll use his expertise to continue expanding our reach and optimizing our rapid growth along the way. We are looking forward to seeing what’s to come and exploring new opportunities for the brand over this next year.”

John Starr brings more than 20 years of experience in financial management and process optimization. His previous roles include serving as the financial controller of North American distribution for Motorola and as the VP of Finance for Arsenal Venture Partners, a multi-stage nationwide venture capital firm.

Most recently, Starr worked as the Director of Finance at American Builders Supply, Central Florida’s largest privately held door and millwork company.
