Central Florida is losing one of it’s well known political operatives to Athens, Georgia. Gregory Fournier, a former lead consultant to Congressman John Mica is leaving the Sunshine State for a new opportunity.

“Greg Fournier is a consummate professional, self-directed, focused, ambitious, and highly effective public relations director. Greg will be given great latitude in his duties to champion GSS, interact with current and prospective clients, and to lead the communication between GSS and the general public. GSS looks forward to the contributions and operational strengths that Greg will bring to GSS. As a leader in domestic and international K12 support services, GSS has distinguished itself from its competitors by achieving excellence in performance.

Greg enhances that commitment to excellence, ensuring that GSS continues to provide superior service to the K12 community.”

Doug Kaplan, founder and president of Gravis Marketing, which has become an internationally respected polling outfit, said Fournier was an intelligent collaborator. “It was an honor working with Greg in the last year. We will remain good friends. He is a man of extraordinary talent and I believe he will excel in his new opportunity.”

Forunier is also serving in a high ranking position in former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee’s presidential campaign in Florida.

“Working with Gravis was a thrill. The relationships I was able to forge and development training I received with there abundance of campaign support gave me added development necessary to propel into this new position. Doug Kaplan and Cherie Berta Snell have been very supportive of this new direction,” Fournier concluded.
