Socialite Jacqueline Siegel, and her billionaire husband David Siegel, who owns Westgate Resorts, won’t be the only Orlando residents featured on an episode of ABC’s Celebrity Wife Swap.

Matthew Bengston, Central Florida native and co-owner of the immensely popular Trend Studios, which is located in Downtown Orlando, was able to snag substantial screen time in Wednesday’s upcoming episode on ABC at 10pm.

Bengston who studied locally, has been Jacqueline Siegel’s stylist for some time now, and counts her amongst several high profile clients. He runs Trend Studios with longtime friend and business partner Anthony Cortes.

The studio recently celebrated a three year anniversary, and has relocated to a completely new and renovated location in the Exchange Building off Garland Avenue (101 South Garland, Suite #102 – by the train tracks). Celebrity Wife Swap Consulting Producer Johnnie Raines, who manages the Siegel’s, is a big fan of Matthew’s craft as a beauty expert.

“No one in the western hemisphere can tease a strand of blonde hair into a bouncy curl-of-art like Matthew Bengston.”

Mrs. Siegel made a special request for Matthew and the production obliged, according to Raines.

The executives at Zodiak Los Angeles (production company behind Celebrity Wife Swap) booked Matthew for the entire shoot, flying him to and from Oklahoma for Jackie’s “swap” and then back to Florida to style Mrs. Siegel and Mrs. London – wife of Mallrats and 7th Heaven star Jeremy London – with whom the Siegel’s swapped.

A contact in LA told me that Matthew’s cameo in the episode has garnered interest from several networks. While his celebrity is on the rise, Bengston remains humble.

“Jackie and David have been so welcoming and supportive of my growth as a person and a stylist. It is never a dull moment with Jackie, and when she asked me to participate I was like—YES, done and done!”

It seems that Jacqueline Siegel may not be the only Orlando resident on their way to snagging a reality show of their own.

“Matthew is always looking for new ways to help me look and feel beautiful,” said Mrs. Siegel.

A VIP premiere watch party for the June 3rd episode will be held in Orlando. The episode airs at 10pm EST on ABC.
