Fresh off his visit to local gun store & range The Arms Room, infamous Stand-Your-Ground king George Zimmerman stormed Avalon Park in what witnesses described as an old-style military vehicle. Michael Rublatius, an Avalon Park resident posted in a facebook group titled the Avalon Park Voice that Zimmerman arrived out of the blue while he was having a beer at the local hot-spot Mulberry Street.

“Was having a beer at Mulberry and out of the blue he rolled up in a military truck with a posse and started signing autographs. How random is that?” he mused. Several other East Orlando Post readers have since confirmed that they did in fact see Zimmerman in Avalon Park Saturday afternoon.

Josh Ruiz, a manager at Mulberry Street Bar & Grill in Avalon Park said he saw Zimmerman pull up across the street from the resturant.

“He pulled up in a military vehicle and started taking pictures with people and signing autographs. Looked like a continuation of the promotion he was doing for The Arms Room earlier in the day. He did not step foot in Mulberry Street.” Ruiz explained.

We will post photos and more information about Zimmerman’s impromptu visit when we receive more information.
