Three years ago, my friend Tiffany Bayley (Owner of Avalon Park Jewelers) approached me to help her plan the first Diva’s, Diamonds, and Drinks event. While I thought it was a good idea, I didn’t recognize it as anything too special.
Well, I was wrong. The store was packed, people were becoming friends, and BUYING A LOT OF JEWELRY. Not because they had a ton of money, but because of the major discounts and deals that Tiffany offers during Diva’s, Diamonds, and Drinks.
Diva’s, Diamonds, & Drinks has evolved and improved tremendously in the past two years. It’s gone from having yours truly mixing drinks and serving food (I’m good at a lot, but not this) to having butler served hors d’oeuvres provided by the venerable Winter Park uber caterer Puff n Stuff, an open bar, and even games.
While Diva’s, Diamonds, & Drinks has changed, some of the best things have stayed true. Avalon Park Jewelers still offers a special gift to the first 50 in the door, deep deals and discounts, and the fun carefree style that Tiffany and her staff provide every day.
“Diva’s, Diamonds, & Drinks is one of our favorite events of the year. Not only do you get to take advantage of deals that range from 10% to 90% off, you also get to know your neighbors and come together as a community. The man of the house would be wise to send his better half to Diva’s, Diamonds, & Drinks.” said Bayley of the event.
The reaction from the community is already overwhelmingly positive. Here are just some of the reactions posted on the Avalon Park Jewelers facebook page.
“Can’t wait” – Fonda Gasper
“Tiffany throws the best events. I can’t wait for this one” Yvonne Wong
“You always throw the best shindigs” – Pauline Chua-Faletti
You have until November 1st to RSVP (321 235-5553) for the event and ladies of East Orlando would be wise to follow the Avalon Park Jewelers facebook page for tips on how to be crowned “Diva of the Night.”
