Press release from Sean Ashby on his withdrawal from the Orange County District 4 County Commission race against Jennifer Thompson —
“This morning I removed my name as a candidate for Orange County Commissioner District 4. I have had another opportunity arise, which I have decided to take. Although my name will not be on the ballot, I will still be very active in advocating for issues which are important to myself and thousands of Central Floridians. I will continue the fight every day for working families and I look forward to supporting candidates for change in District 4, as well as across the rest of Orange County. It is time to end the Except for Me Ethics of Mayor Jacobs which has perpetrated through the rest of the County Commission.”
