This past weekend at Absolutely Avalon, we had the chance to catch up with Orange County School Board Member and Vice Chair Daryl Flynn.
When asked about the “parent trigger” legislation floating through the legislature, she cited many problems with the proposed legislation, including the fact that it could lead to a potential lottery where students could end up going to schools far outside their community or current zone.
Daryl also discussed overcrowding in local area schools. Our full interview with her is below —
